Ouch! Integrated campaign for O2

It hurts to pay for something you already own...

Ofcom recently introduced their 'Text to Switch' policy, making it easier than ever for people to switch their mobile network.

In response to that, O2 wanted to promote the fact that they automatically lower your bill when your phone is paid off - unlike many of their competitors who sneakily continue to charge people for a phone they’ve already paid off.

As part of the campaign, we also developed an O2 Overpayment Estimator so consumers from other networks can see if they have been overpaying and by how much.
